Service Description

All firearm transfers, private and 3rd party require completion of an ATF Federal Firearms Form 4473 and The Virginia State Police SP65. Upon approval, the firearm(s) will then be transferred. NFA Class 3 Items: Title Two firearms, as stated in the GCA such as Machineguns, Suppressors, Short Barrel Rifles, Short Barrel Shotguns, Any Other Weapons (AOW) and Destructive Devices require the completion of an ATF Form 4. This form is created by the transferring dealer whom holds a Special Occupational Tax License (SOT-FFL). Additional steps are required for the process of submitting an ATF Form 4 to posses and own an NFA Item. Payment of the tax amount to the ATF is dependent upon the NFA type. ($200 or $5.00) Notification to the local Chief Law Enforcement Officer (provided copy of the ATF Form 4) , fingerprinting and passport photographs. All must be submitted to the ATF for processing and transfer.


Cancellation Policy

All deposits and tuition for training are non refundable. Classes and Services that are canceled due to inclement weather, instructor illness, local government mandate and or acts of God, the deposits and tuition amounts will be held and classes will be rescheduled. Students are not entitled to a refund if they are unable to attend training for any reason whatsoever. Students who display any unsafe behavior, negligence, failure to follow the commands of an instructor and the posted rules will be asked to leave. The student(s) will not receive a refund and will be banned from all future training events from Saddle Ridge Armory. Clients who are more than 20 minutes late to their scheduled appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled. Please notify us ahead of time if you are going to be tardy.
